current thoughts about my research project.....

must admit I am a bit overwhelmed...but the good thing is my current situation is not permanent destination:)
currently i am in the mood of writing every thought that came to my mind regarding research project, even while i am cooking, watching TV, taking a rest...i am walking with my little note book around the flat and catching the right moment to clarify how will i frame my inquiry...
so here are my thoughts...moved by Sondra Fraleigh's books, Dewey's thoughts, Husserl, Ciane Fernandez, Bartenieff movement patterns...and others..
fluidity
flowing change
why stillness is still moving?
we need fluidity to get better and functional, need for re-patterning, change, braking habits..
in order to have better fluidity we need to maintain breath, we need to be rooted, to have knowledge about stability and mobility, kinesthetic awareness..
according to different emotions, feelings, knowledge experience we change our floating body, breath, tempo, quality, making decisions, searching for awareness..
what is happening when we break the flow? what is happening when we introduce stop either slow motion in the flow?
what is happening with the breath, tempo, thoughts, feelings, quality of the movement, conscious engagement or cognition about the environment around us, how is that connected to the Self?
how we can become more conscious? how we can be more fully who we are while floating in the movement?
how we can build better relationship with ourselves through fluid conscious communication?
Affect attunement, matching and flow re-patterning are aspects of our work involving techniques of moving together and being moved.
Flow re-patterning has its foundations in infant developmental movement patterns. The life is like a spiral...
the quantity of flow who applies to directional developmental patterns(reaching and turning) or tensional patterns (pushing and puling)
what is goal of fluidity? movement integration, better ballance, freedom, better understanding of breath, body, oneself (insight), stability and mobility of the spine, more confidence and joy in the body.
searching for the holistic, organic, integrated, full and fluid movement.
searching for happy movement. fluid movers will never fall down unless they tend to.
quest for stillness in movement, awake mindfulness, silence and clear thoughts, intuitive understanding and pleasure
being fluid requires being present
how to achieve such a stillness and focus while we know that our experience is part of flow of time (past/future) of this two subjectivity? how we can dance and be more present, aware with attention, dance at the moment and not just hiding behind the past or anticipating the future? howc we can hold the presentness with fluid thoughts on moment?

now is more clear that in my research project will include a lot of fluidity and airiness:)
