MODULE 3//Sept 27 2021 -WHAT AM I DOING?

WHAT AM I REALLY DOING? Tonight's we had a very useful Module 3 discussion about what we are doing in our research, how we are framing, finding clarity, scratching the surface, focus on relevant, how we specify what we are doing....so after the discussion and really thankful after some clear questions, i would like to say about my project... Still my research title will not be my setting stone and I will be flexible and open as much as I can..  As part of my 2 month physically active researching period on a project Embodied flow in motion I am interested in exploring embodied flow in motion in 7 phases (slow flow, free flow, bound flow, open-spiral fluidity, fluid touch, floating sound, imagery flow, flow re-patterning) through embodied movement practices. In the context of this research, for me embodiment through fluidity has many stages and possibility to achieve fluid movement requires knowledge and experience of moving the body according to feelings, present state of min...

FIRST SUNDAY DISCUSSION//September 26, 2021

KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION, LEARNING...   Few minutes ago we finished with very interesting online discussion around above mentioned three elements and these are my reflection on this discussion... Before the discussion i made a small research on that subject... Firstly there is differences between information and knowledge. Information is refined data and comprehension is its outcome, and knowledge useful information and understanding is outcome. So if we do not have a meaningful and useful information to transmit into knowledge through learning to the right subject or organization we will fail in this mission. Even solid information and a flow of meaningful messages lone are still not sufficient to make solid knowledge BUT via learning knowledge is possible if one possesses the required experience, values, insights and contextual information. These three elements are somehow very intertwined and interrelated and Information is easily transferable, while to transfer knowledge...

MEET YOUR PROGRAMME TEAM

Thank you so much for wonderful insight of programme team practice.  That was so colorful introduction and useful for my further studying as I am just enrolled in Module 3  and my project is about embodied flow in motion and I found many similar images related to my work around fluidity with Helen's work around improvisation, passion in what i am doing and obsession with the water, Angela'a project on thermal duets and how we embody touch, feelings, body heat, how we communicate with audience, Pedro's dialogue between practice and real life, Sam's intro into the jazz and improvisation and all that connected or intertwined with the environment and the most important thing notion of joy in everything what we are doing. Most famous flow theorist Csikszentmihaly argues also about enjoying in our daily practice and if this does not exist that tiny element, the flow is impossible. Thank you so much for this moment and for sharing such profound experience and practice. See yo...

CREATIVE INSIGHT Last month I was reading some collected chapters of Csikszentmihaly Mihaly, (very profound flow theorist and psychologist ) about creative insight and creativity and genius. I will just say a few words about understanding the process of insight... This blog will be withal my come back to the autumn and regular blog writing... Insight is part of extended mental process. Based on previous period of conscious preparation, requires a period of incubation, where seems to be less of a factor in presented problem solving than in discovered problem finding., followed by a period of conscious evaluation and elaboration, with many feedback loops of which is a solution that may be either final or temporary, in which case the cycle may repeat itself again and again... Since i am study somatic studies, I was more concentrated on quality, but Mihaly here is very clear, for good preparation quantity is very important. IF we look for the quantity of ideas, the quality will soon o...
