FIRST SUNDAY DISCUSSION//September 26, 2021

 KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION, LEARNING...

 Few minutes ago we finished with very interesting online discussion around above mentioned three elements and these are my reflection on this discussion...

Before the discussion i made a small research on that subject...

Firstly there is differences between information and knowledge. Information is refined data and comprehension is its outcome, and knowledge useful information and understanding is outcome. So if we do not have a meaningful and useful information to transmit into knowledge through learning to the right subject or organization we will fail in this mission. Even solid information and a flow of meaningful messages lone are still not sufficient to make solid knowledge BUT via learning knowledge is possible if one possesses the required experience, values, insights and contextual information.

These three elements are somehow very intertwined and interrelated and Information is easily transferable, while to transfer knowledge requires learning. Information improves presentation while knowledge increases consciousness. 

Teachers are great source of knowledge but not the only one. Learning from one source is never wise. If we are not fully formed, if we are not open and flexible the knowledge will never be completed. Teachers are also students and we need to make space for independent learning, so we could grow and show to the students how versatility is the main point to achieve big things with still less ego.  So, we could say that knowledge is a combination of information, experience and insight that helps individual, at this point to the teacher, how to teach about something, how to spread a valid information and enhance learning through spontaneity. 

Teachers has ability to communicate knowledge embodied as information. To have an information is to have a power to transmit this knowledge through learning to the right subject like a mentioned few sentences ago. 

Learning happens in qualitative DIALOGUE of this two elements.

MODULE 3//Sept 27 2021 -WHAT AM I DOING?

WHAT AM I REALLY DOING? Tonight's we had a very useful Module 3 discussion about what we are doing in our research, how we are framing, finding clarity, scratching the surface, focus on relevant, how we specify what we are doing....so after the discussion and really thankful after some clear questions, i would like to say about my project...
