So I guess I finally decided what will I explore until the end of the 2021. It will be about the flow. Precisely, Embodied flow in (on) motion: matching work with the breath, touch, voice and movement. I must say that first few week were for me a bit confused and I was struggling a bit, cause there so much thing i would also love to explore, but for this Master you need to be more specific and clarify the research area. First thing what came to my mind was flow, cause this is something i am working on since i started practice, dance, teach., even in daily life we need balance, clear goals, concentration, good organisation, time managment.. Fluidity in movement is something so important and demanding. Fluidity requires calm mind, presentness, embodied wholenes (the whole body is included), good breath support, we need to be rooted, have knowledge about mobility and stability, kinesthetic awareness, floating body, sharp mind, orientation to quality, less quantity, more confidence and joy in the body and mind.

I am interested in the process, not so much in the outcome of the project and how we can achieve experience of enjoyment by using appropriate stimulation and appropriate challenges. Participants are like each instrument in orchestra, and all plays their own role. The important thing is they all play in harmony. Here I am talking about integration. FLOW is related, according to Csikszentmihalyi, one of the famous flow theorists, to optimism, hope and positive way of thinking ( EPR: Vol: 27: p 353-364)
While we floating we are losing self-consciousness but still so strongly connected to the Self.  I am interested in deep focus and concentration blended with sparkle of determination, becoming one with what you are doing, feeling in control, but still forgetting yourself and just for the moment forget the time. Concentration supposed to lead us to a feeling of spontaneity, effortless behaviour, when you do not think about it, however you are doing it and enjoying the process.

One of the main question I will explore is how we can build better relationship with ourselves through fluid conscious communication?
How we can achieve stillness while moving and focus while we know that our experience is part of our past and future experiences (inner and outer experiences)? How we can be more present while moving or in the state of nowness according to Sondra Horton Fraleigh ( Fraleigh 2018, 173). What does it mean an experience applied into a movement?
How we can learn to engage movement and the whole personality, identifying habits to mind to bring out options in movement and expand human potentials?

There are just some of the questions  I will explore when time comes in 7 phases ( slow flow, free flow, flow re-patterning, open-spiral fluidity, fluid touch, floating sound, imagery flow) through embodied movement practices. In the context of this research, for me embodiment through fluidity has many stages and possibility to achieve fluid movement requires knowledge and experience of moving the body according to feelings, present state of mind, consciousness, breath support, good body coordination, spine mobility and stability, connection with the ground, sound, how to listen and act. I am interested in how to achieve stillness in movement, and also what is happening when we break the flow and start with another element, or just turn it to another direction. How this movement can become holistic and organic and still fluid and integrated? Can we transcend our ordinary consciousness and become so completely involved that we lose our senses of time and self?
I will develop practices that will base on elements of fluid movement, touch, voice, sensing, participative observing, reflecting and bring to mind a sense of connection to the embodied flow in (on) motion.

I am wondering how are you doing with your MORE FORM either AOLs:)

Please share, I am very curious and I appreciate your thoughts and experiences on this theme:)

Best of luck to all of you:))
