Free and Bound Flow/ phase 2- from NOWhere we are keeping navigating into NOWness...

Soo..phase 2 DONE! and we are definitely floating to the depth:)

This Tuesday, the dialogue was the key skill in reflection whether with oneself or with others. This required the human in his WHOLENESS wholly attending to the experience of flow. Laban implies propulsion, impetus, inner impulse to move, which encompass many nuances such as feeling of lightness, a strong, firm movement, a spatial direction of straight, direct movement or opening outwards. We were also using very slow, gliding movement and using idea of muscles. We explored different landscape of muscles, how we can move from the pelvis in natural and organic way, adding a bit of walk, jump, sway, stop and crawl and still stayed in fluid state of mind. The purpose was still the same to enjoy the movement, using visualization and using breath support all the time during the session. We were exploring together different landscapes, rhythm (dancing with the music, against the music and independently of the music) and layers and how we feel better in our body, physical body. We were thinking/feeling through the space and free and bound flow and how we are stimulated to explore these motion factors questioning during the class where we are going, where our freedom  and imagination will take us, what is the pattern to follow, is there any pattern to follow, or just there is only me and my imagination, there is only balance between consciousness and the impulses...Following thoughts were also inspired for the exploration of quality of the bound flow; can we let the fears, I am afraid and of what, if? I am hard to let go... Am I anti-melodic, can I move my body in controlled conditions? how I feel when I am restricted with the movement? how can I unlock myself? Where is my attention today? why should I unlock myself? on what part of the body should I focus on? Understanding and using concepts of some somatic teachings giving to all participants an intrinsic experiential level and expansiveness of present time, connection with the breath, with the brain and the mind and body itself. Effective movements involve a degree of coordination between flow and feeling, space and thinking, in next phase hopefully between time and intuition. Our proof is empirical and based on a long patient and continued observation, listening, sensing, reflecting and contemplating. In the end of the session we were introducing our body with the shake as a creative and healthy approach to healthy aggression and silence in the body and trying to achieve resilient movement.
