IS THERE AN EASY IMAGERY FLOW IF THE FLOW IS INTERRUPTED WITH UNESPECTED ACTIONS AND THOUGHTS?/ PHASE 6

What happened when FLOW is interrupted with images such as anger, pain, physical and mental imbalance, fear, tiredness, worry, expectancy, uncertainty, vulnerability, sensitivity, when you are not able to express your feelings in a way you want, when you feel so stuck in one part of the body and you just can not move? Is there still a flow? Is it possible to embodied that emotion? yes, of course, we just need to find a deeper understanding of what is happening in our body, have a deeper reflection and work on our possibilities...

Last night we had an interesting research around above mentioned theme and I must admit that was very captivating research, cause it was all about vulnerability and very strong and intimate moment. It should be maybe the most creative phase but like I mentioned in the beginning of the research we are armed with curiosity, ongoing questioning and with non judgemental eyes. We were open to every possibility could happen and appear so I should say this session was about embodied vulnerability and the most intimate phase of all phases. I am so grateful for that opportunity and really appreciate every moment with my valuable participants. We evoked senses, imagination, courage, reflexes, rhythm, some selective words such as breathing, waiting, recognizing, gazing, trying, dying, looking for. We were also exploring a different variation of a single movement and working on repetitions in a different movement levels which brought us to the new level of improvement of writing, drawing, thinking, articulating with full body connectivity and the state of mind we were at that moment.

We were driven also by some questions such as what is our own personal body journey at that point? What is the part of the body we like or dislike much at the moment? How should we move? How should we present it? Is it enough to demonstrate a way of moving? Is it enough to be an expert practitioner doing own thing? How we are moved and inspired by thoughts? and when does contemplation come in? How we can encourage our story (whatever it is) to flow? How we can discover our inner voice? What truths, memories, habits are hidden in some parts of our body? Can we tune into those parts to see what lives there, channel that into a creative moment? How does breath helping?

This phenomenology in action showed us how we can exploit our personal uniqueness, breath support, intention, how we can play with the center of gravity and free flow, direct space, time and how we can weight ourselves. That was the end of another free fantasy variation of somatic movement exploration.

The outcome of the class made me think that despite our feeling, emotional balance or imbalance,  not too much positive visual stimuli, there is always something, a sparkle, a flow, a perception which floats in the air, in the atmosphere of pure fantasiableness. In future I will definitely more explore and work upon these theme.
