FLOW RE-PATTERNING, RE-PROGRAMMING, RE-CONNECTING....PHASE 7 ( last day of practical research)

How To Program The Subconscious Mind With 4 Powerful Ways | Vortex Success

Last Friday I have finished practical part of my research. 7 phases done! I must say it was challenging in many ways; technical, experimental, bilingual (in the end I used both languages Croatian and English), by exploring different movement and emotional levels and layers,... I had my flows haha...

Anyway, I was enjoyed and I will definitely do another phase again but this time with the real people, in one space, where we can observe, talk to each other, touch, sharing vibrations from the body in one place.

This phase was for sure exploration of possibilities, we worked more on inner connectivity and outer expressivity, more vivid and louder. We were trying to use all body language, trying to connect active self with micro-movements, use more and more changes in the flow to the level of exhaustion then stop, freeze, make a pause. We were connecting to the spirals and explore focus and no focus, open to all information but still channeled to a one thing. then, matching movement with the touch and breath, using wall and other objects in the space to achieve better flow and intimacy, and playing with the weightlesness as bodilessness, the moment when we transformed mind also. Mind is also a part of the body, part of matter. Matter has weight but we in the moment of free flow do not have any weight...

Exploration of sound and silence brought us to our intimacy and vulnerability where we played as we were, very sincere, very open, very human. That was for me a real phenomenology in action, feeling free fantasy through somatic movement exploration where question WHAT IF?... appearing every two seconds and we were moving with curiosity and each time differently till we did not start thinking while moving differently and open new and different perspective of dance and movement and broke our habits...for example some new interesting thoughts appeared such as...how to move effectively with less vulnerability? ( we opened that chapter too), how to have clearer intimacy without proximity? how less vulnerable we could be? or how creative we should be? is it possible to achieve qualitative flow in motion if we are not present and connected to the breath and space we are in? Is it possible to move effectively if the mover is in kind of physical or mental disability? what is happening when we using repetition of the same movement? Are we moving in the same space in the same way? what would happen if we sparkle with the CHANGE? of angle, space, slow motion, velocity, if you add jumps, run, walk, stop, touch, if we get closer to the screen, or if we make a scream? How we can still work on spontaneity of the movement? Should practice looks linear, or a bit puzzled and still clear and fluid? How we can open easily, through dance or through the movement? through the technique and skills or rather using intuition, instincts, focus on sensation, observing, listening, reflecting? How to to stay still and still moving?

Yes, we opened box full of new experiential learning and new possibilities and wonderful ideas, and I received after and during the class mostly good and useful comments I will definitely use in other sessions. I am very grateful for all participants, even those who were decided to participate with video off and without any other sound and comments. Through that experience I learned also about my vulnerability and how creative and aware I can be despite no further comments from behind.
