ARM AND HAND WORK, SHIFTING WEIGHT AND PELVIS, ACRO MOVEMENT, ARIEL YOGA...what else you can try out in two days?

 

 I am entering the studio...what to do? how to start the practice? From where is the best start?I am so confused, frustrated, judging myself like how is possible I do not know what to do and how I should start... sometimes I am really hard on myself... this sounds like a real obsession..

I am working with the body and movement...so it should be easy for me to enter every day into an idea, but the thing is that, sometimes I just stuck even when I am full of ideas and really every beginning is hard, and mostly the time I do not know what I am doing, and why I am doing... Beginnings are always like that, insecure, a bit in a fog, thoughts wondering around, and maybe the only one thing can help and that is that you are really start from the beginning, from the scratches, from the pure breath. Every bloody day. This breath could be your tour guide on your movement journey, architect of your pelvic floor and your upper part of the body; maybe can release us of some blockage and show us the way how to nurture our body, softly, kindly, gently. Where is the breath flow in the body? In your body? Have you noticed your overall tone, how you experiencing your interior? 

When you locate your breath, do not judge where is it at the moment....the breath is for sure always with you, from every beginning, its just leave it to you for the further personal exploration... When one starts from the space and emptiness this becomes abundant space, space of many possibilities

It is well known that we have 5, or 6 main centers in the body from where we can initiate  the movement, arms, legs, pelvis, core, toracic area, neck and head. After some minutes spending time in your personal space, you must do something creative, right? Its start to be magical when you combine those Fundamental Patterns...breath, navel radiation, head and tail connection, upper and lower body or crossed sides..

It is interesting if you add just arms, you get gathering opportunity that is arm offer, expand and release the breath...Each new layer, is a new beginning with every new breath and thought....we body/movement/dance teachers we need to know the body through many layers...so yesterday, despite my morning struggle with the getting ideas where I am actually going, I had a very productive afternoon  ( and  completely different )and evening tnx to my dear friend and yogi Lovro who entered with me into after so many years of isolation, non-touching, not sharing human breath into the contact, trust and made a very plausible acro yoga experience. That is so important for me to tell loud, cause years of isolation can make you very shy, distant, you are confused with all 5 senses, your body is next to another body with other 5 senses and everything supposed to happen naturally, organically, professionally... And thankfully to my friend everything rolled well... few hours after, I tried ariel yoga....Well that is totally different support, less human and you can have more control then in the previous one, which is ok, as you need to know how to maintain the silky fabric, here you are on your own...with you own silky skills...

Both great experience, both contact and supportive and still different practice, different awareness of breath, touch, sense, warmth, using more moolabandha,  more power, more laugh, more fun...

how will I start tomorrow new day in the studio? I do not know, but one thing I know, I must enter into that studio, start working. 

I am grateful for every start, every beginning, every what I am really doing now situation, I am grateful for spontaneity, I am grateful to my body it can still support my crazy ideas and how we communicate as a two old couple.. .It is a good not to have all in control, not to have a plan, schedule, list...it is good to be now, in present and just live that moment:)
